From August 21st to 24th, 2024, students from Year 8 to Year 11 of Suankularb Wittayalai Thonburi's International Program participated in the OBEC School Summit 2024. The event brought together students from seven other schools:

Satree Phuket School, Phuket
Nareenukool School, Ubon Ratchathani
Pichairattanakarn School, Ranong
Suankularb Wittayalai Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi
Samakkhi Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai
The host school for this year: Kaennakhon Wittayalai School, Khon Kaen
This year's summit was themed “What’s up E-San Pop Culture,” showcasing the rich wisdom and culture of the E-san region, beautifully blended with an international flair.
The event featured various academic competitions, including:
Speech Contest
Pitching Competition
Creative Dance Competition
E-sports
In addition to the competitions, students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in E-san culture through various activities, such as the Baisri Su Kwan ceremony, traditional arts and crafts workshops, and a lively music festival featuring authentic E-san Molam bands.
These activities provided students with a chance to enjoy and appreciate the vibrant culture, forge new friendships with students from other schools, gain new experiences and knowledge, and develop essential soft skills through the diverse activities offered.
