Our school's journey to winning the skit competition showcased the students' dedication and creativity. After a competitive audition process, six students were selected to perform "Echoes of the River: A Village Cry for Change," an original script crafted by Teacher Grandy, J.R., and Jojung. This compelling narrative highlighted the effects of ignorance on the water cycle, combining educational themes with engaging drama.
The EP team rehearsed diligently to refine their performance. Despite facing various challenges, including tight schedules and complex scenes, their commitment and teamwork were unwavering. These rehearsals were crucial in perfecting their portrayal and ensuring a powerful delivery of the script's message.
The hard work culminated on the competition day, where our team faced three other schools. Their performance stood out, earning them the grand prize and glowing praise from judges and audience members. This achievement not only highlighted the students' talent and resilience but also demonstrated the significant impact of their well-executed performance.
